For those of us that enjoy a good BBQ, life isn’t complete with trying the ultimate Parilla Argentinian BBQ. This mammoth contraption slow cooks the meats over hot coals for a number of hours, releasing that slow cooked, smoky goodness every Friday night from 6:30pm. Throughout winter, we have mixed up our meats to try something different and now boast spectacular spicy boerewors (big coils of sausage twisted up) as well as smoky BBQ beef ribs, slow cooked pork belly and whole butterfly chicken. The parilla is served with garlic bread and sides to suit all, including a luscious garden salad, potato salad, coleslaw, rice salad & a sweet potato salad. This magnificent feast can be added to your Keppel Konnections transfer for a discounted rate of $25 (regular price $30 per adult).
To cap the night off, we also provide live music with a local musician each week playing throughout the evening to relax you into the island vibes. Kick back, enjoy a coldie from the bar and watch the sunset over the picture perfect views of mainland, Middle Island & the Southern Great Barrier Reef.
