IMPORTANT – Please Note: During this time we ask that you adhere to the Covid-19 measures that we have in place. A bottle of hand sanitizer is available on arrival for your use and the bathrooms are conveniently located just outside of reception if you prefer to use soap and water. There are also markers on the floor in Reception and the Bistro to assist you with the social distancing rule. Please have just one of your group or family come into Reception for checking in and out to assist with these requirements. Our aim is to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible.

PETS – Please note we are not a pet friendly accommodation provider. Pets are not permitted in rooms. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Room keys must be returned to reception at checkout and not left in your accommodation. Lost keys will incur a $25.00 lost key fee. Guests do not have to take a room key if they are concerned about losing them.

Payment Policy/Cancellation policy:

Prices are in AUD. A non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit is required upon booking. Please refer to full details listed in the attachment – Booking confirmation letter.

Please ensure you have travel insurance in place. If you are unable to travel for medical reasons,weather events, flight cancellations or any other insurable event, refunds will not be given.
Full payment will need to be received 7 days prior to your arrival.
